Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may delay our buses. If our service has not met your expectations, please let us know so that we can try to put things right for the future. We welcome feedback and always investigate complaints and suggestions. Also, do let us know if one of our staff has acted 'beyond the call of duty' and we will gladly pass on your compliments.

and we will try to locate it for you. The PSV Lost Property Regulations levy a flat fee of £2 for the return of lost property. We do not make this charge, but require instead a donation to our Air Ambulance collection tin.

We have commissioned an illustrated history of the 45 years providing service to Essex from a single coach to a 100+ fleet serving Essex and Suffolk.
Compiled by the well-respected transport enthusiast and publisher Mr Geoff Mills this softback A4 sized publication has 84 pages and over 300 photographs.
Illustrations of associated companies and acquisitions over the years, a Fleet List, Timetable Covers & History.
We will also send with every book purchased a current fleet list and a selection of local bus timetables.
