Buses will turn there and wait time.
We expect the road to reopen on the 25th of July.
These routes have been funded by the developer of the Fossetts Parks retail site for the past 10 years, a result of a Section 106 planning decision. Their obligation to provide transport ceases this month.
Unfortunately, there are so few passengers that use the service it would not be viable for us to provide a service commercially, however, we will trial a limited Monday to Friday service.
The new timetable will commence 24th July.
Service 6, (Sundays and Bank Holidays) the last day of operation will be 23rd July 2017.
The Witham Carnival procession will affect routes:
38,38A, 39, 90 and 91
Our services may be diverted or terminate at different locations for the duration of the carnival procession.
Certain journeys will terminate at Witham Rail Station
38 & 38A
There will be no departures from Allectus Way & Town centre stops for these Allectus Way departure times: 13:44, 14:14, 14:44, and 15:14.
Buses heading towards Witham will terminate at Witham Rail Station at the following arrival times: 13:29, 13:59, 14:29 and 14:59.
No departures from Colingwood Road and Town Centre stops at 13:04, 13:34, 14:04, 14:34, 15:04. During this time we will follow this route: Rail Station, Chipping Hill, Spa Road, Humber Road, Spa Road, Honeysuckle Way, Chipping Hill then back to the Rail Station. Be prepared for waiting times to keep with the regular scheduled departure times.
The 13:10 departure from Maldon Morrisons may divert once it arrives into Witham. The 14:03 from Forrest Road will not run between Forrest Road and the Town Centre, this journey to Maldon will commence in Maltings Lane at 14:23
The 13:57 departure from Tollsebury will run, diverting along Avenue Road when it arrives in Witham.

The direct debit scheme we implemented last year to spread the cost of annual passes proved successful and popular.
For this reason, we have FROZEN ANNUAL TICKET PRICES**, they remain the same as 2016/17.
Term passes and daily cash fares, however, will see an annual increase.
Passes for the academic year 2017/18 will become available from the 01st August 2017
To take advantage of the Direct Debit scheme you need to book your ticket by 15th August at the very latest, the first payment will be due on 01st September. Sorry, this is the last date as we need to provide you with mandatory notice of the first collection.
If you are an existing customer simply add any reserved tickets^^ if you have a new starter that person can be added as an additional ticket in your existing account.
Please retain your existing ScholarSmart card, we will not issue another one for next year, they will be topped up.

Due to road patch works and resurfacing our route Village Link 6 from Stansted Airport to Saffron Walden, departing at 20:03 & 21:03 will not be able to serve Broxted.
These services will divert via the A120 as far as Great Dunmow & then return to Thaxted from there.
This road closure has been set out to last until the 14th June 2017 at present between the hours of 20:00-5:00. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
Route 9 - Braintree to Gt. Bardfield
The B1053, between Wethersfield and Church End, Shalford, will be closed between 09:00hrs and 15:30hrs Monday 05th June and Thursday 08th June inclusive.
Thankfully, early morning and evening departures will not be affected including journeys taking students to and from their schools.
The B1053, between Shalford and Wethersfield, will be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:00hrs on the following days:
Monday 5th June 2017 through to Thursday 8th June 2017 inclusive.
The following departures from Braintree Bus Station will be subjected to the road closure:
Braintree Depart 10:06, 11:06, 12:06, 13:06, 14:06.
These services will partially serve Shalford, turning at the Church and returning via Church End and Shalford Green, traveling onward to Gt. Saling and Gt. Bardfield.
Unfortunately, Wethersfield and Finchingfield will not be served. Service provision in Gt. Bardfield is limited to Alienor Avenue only.
The 15:06 from Braintree and journeys thereafter will be able to complete the scheduled route.
The following departures from Gt. Bardfield (Alienor Avenue) heading towards Braintree, will be subjected to the road closure:
Gt Bardfield Depart 09:55, 10:55, 11:55, 12:55, 13:55.
Unfortunately, Finchingfield and Wethersfield will not be served. Service provision in Gt. Bardfield is limited to Alienor Avenue. The service is diverted via Gt. Sailing, turning at Shalford, returning via Church Lane, Shalford Green, proceeding through Panfield and traveling onward to Braintree.
The 15:00 from Gt. Bardfield and journeys thereafter will be able to complete the scheduled route.
Route 419, Shalford to Uttlesford Schools will not be affected and will run as normal.
Breeze 1 Disruption: We have just been informed of a road closure of Nowton Road in Bury ST Edmunds, from the junction of Cullum Road to Mayfield Road between 0900-1700 for 2days. (01 & 02 June) This will affect the service Breeze 1 to the Nowton Estate. Drivers will enter the estate at the wrong end & proceed as far as Hardwick Middle School & then turn around to revert to normal route.
