14/15 - Bury St Edmunds: Please be aware that due to the roadworks that are currently being carried out at the Spread Eagle, we are experiencing severe delays on our route 14/15 services. The company has made the decision to divert these services in order to improve our reliability. Therefore from Monday 13th November 2017, until the completion of the roadworks, we will NOT be serving the Spread Eagle or The Arc Shopping Centre both coming into Bury St Edmunds & departing Bury St Edmunds. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Service 16A will have minor revisions commencing 06 November 2017 to improve reliability on the peak runs that serve Mildenhall college. The new timetable can be found using the dropdown in the BusTracker

The annual Witham Puppet Festival will be held on the 16th September.

As per usual, this will involve the closure short section of Newland Street between Collingwood Road and Maldon Road.

Buses heading towards Maldon and Allectus Way will leave Collingwood Road and then left turn left at the traffic lights, onto Newland Street in the opposite direction to usual, right onto The Grove, right onto Maldon Road and then left back onto Newland Street to pick up our usual line of route.

Return will be reverse of above.

Sorry, buses are not permitted to stop between Collingwood Road and the regular stops on Newland Street.

This diversion will cause some degree of disruption to the timetable, possibly between five and ten minutes.

You may wish to take this into account if you have a connecting journey to make.

There are also minor revisions to routes 59 & 60 Haverhill – Saffron Walden and 90 Blackwater Link.

We are very sorry to advise that an emergency road closure between Thaxted and Broxted, caused by a power line coming down, means once our bus gets to Thaxted it will have to divert via Great Dunmow to Stansted Airport.

The same applies to journeys from Stansted to Thaxted.

We are really sorry for those of you that live between those two points, we are sure you’ll appreciate that this is entirely out of our control.

We will return to the correct route as soon as we possibly can.

Colne Road in Halsted will be closed for resurfacing works today, Monday 31st July 2017,  between 09:00-15:30, this will affect route 38/38A.

Buses will divert along Colchester Road and utilise Bluebridge industrial estate as a turn round point.

The road closure in High St, Stebbing means that we will not able to serve the village from 27th July until the 11th August.

We are so very sorry, this is out of our control.

We are currently unable to serve Flitch Green.

There is a road closure close to the junction of Baynards Avenue

Buses will turn there and wait time.

We expect the road to reopen on the 25th of July.

Our apologies.
