How you order a replacement Scholar’s travel pass will depend on the ticket’s original source.
Select the option which is appropriate to you.
You can order a replacement pass from our web-cart, please follow these instructions
- Continue as a new customer.
- Type of ticket is “Home to School” from the drop-down.
- Select your school
- Select your Boarding stop
- Select “Replacement Pass”
- Fill the passenger’s details, First Name, Last Name
- Select their school year
- You will need to enter a date, just put the current date, that will suffice.
- Then click “Add Ticket”.
You then just go through the process of creating an account and making payment.
You will receive an email confirmation from our systems. Please print this and show it to the driver until we send your card to your home address.
(We receive cards from our supplier once a week, please allow up to 14 days for your card to arrive.)
- Please visit our web-cart and log into your existing account.
- In the green navigation bar click “Bus Ticket”
- Type of ticket is “Home to School” from the drop-down.
- Select your school
- Select your Boarding stop
- Select “Replacement Pass”
- Select the passenger from the drop-down list.
- Select their school year
- You need to enter a date, just put today’s date, that will suffice.
- Then click “Add Ticket”.
You then just go through the process of creating an account and making payment.
You will receive an email confirmation from our systems. Please print this and show it to the driver until we send your card to your home address.
