Please be advised that a diversion will be in place from the 4th of August – 22nd on the route 7. We have received information from Telelink on behalf of CityFibre that they will be conducted road works and ultimately closing South Street on the dates provided.
The Diversion route will be as follows:
From Southend Travel Centre to Southend Road (Horse & Groom) will be normal service. The bus will continue left onto Bradley Way, then turn right onto Ashingdon Road to the junction with Dalys Road, then normal line of route to Rayleigh.
Upon returning to Southend from Rayleigh, the service will continue onto East Street and will meet the road closure, turning right onto West Street through Rochford Square. The service will then continue through to Bradley Way taking a left and continuing normal line of service to Southend Travel Centre
All bus stops along the diversion route will be observed throughout the road closure.
